FAQ

Need some help? We're keeping a list of our most frequently asked questions (FAQs) so if you have a question please check the list below and we might have the answer right here...

The item I want to order is showing as sold out, when will you be getting more?

Unfortunately if the item is sold out then we are not able to get our hands on it right now, but we will try to re-stock, so keep checking. Sadly we are unable to provide any information on when items might come back into stock.

What does 'after fulfilment' mean on my delivery information?

Fabs & Co print our products to order so the guides on our Delivery Information page indicate how long your item(s) will take to arrive after your order has been fulfilled (printed).

I haven't heard of Fabs & Co, is the website safe?

Yes 100%! We utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certification (the little padlock in your address bar) to allow for the encryption of your information, authentication of your connection, and to ensure the integrity of your data.

We also only process payment from the most secure, leading payment providers.

Which payment methods are accepted at Fabs & Co?

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Maestro. You can also checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Fancy!

Do I need an account to shop with Fabs & Co?

No, you can check out as a guest but you might miss out on the latest Fabs & Co news, the cheekiest offers, as well as updates on your order. So, if you can, leave us your email address when you check out.

I've received a gift card, how long do I have to use it?

Lucky you! All of our gift cards expire one year after purchase.

My payment has been declined, what's happened?

Don't panic, this can happen. If you have sufficient funds in your account, it might mean that one of the digits has been entered incorrectly so double check your payment information.

If your problem is persisting, check that your billing information has been entered correctly, if this doesn't solve the issue you may need to use a different payment method and contact your card provider.

My question isn't listed here, what should I do now?

Fear not, we'll still do our best to answer your question. Feel free to reach out to us on any of our social media pages or if you fancy something a bit more formal, you can reach us by email at info@fabsandco.com, or submit a form on our Contact Us page.
